1.1  This is the personal data privacy policy (“Policy”) of ELDAPT Instructure (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1.2  The term “Personal Data” means any information in our possession or control that relates directly or indirectly to an individual to the extent that the individual can be identified or are identifiable from that and other information in our possession, such as name, address, telephone number, Identification/Passport number, date of birth, photograph, email address, household information, etc. as well as Sensitive Personal Data as defined under the PDPA, which includes but is not limited to, information pertaining to the physical or mental health or condition of a data subject and religious beliefs.

1.3  During the course of dealings between you and ELDAPT Instructure, you will be requested to provide or has provided to us your personal data to be collected, used and processed for purposes in course registration.

1.4  By providing your Personal Data to us and/or continuing access to our website (“Site”), or registration form, you declare that you have read and understood this Policy and agree to us processing your Personal Data in accordance with the manner as set out in this Policy.

1.5  We will use client’s personal data for the following purposes including but not limited to;

                  I.      to communicate with you;

                II.      to assess, process and provide products, services and/or facilities to you;

               III.     to administer and process any payments related to products, services and/or facilities requested by you;

              IV.     to respond to your enquiries or complaints and resolve any issues and disputes which may arise in connection with any dealings with us;

            V.   to provide you with information and/or updates on our products, services, upcoming promotions offered by us and/or events organized by us and selected third parties which may be of interest to you from time to time;

                    VI.         to send you seasonal greetings messages from time to time;

                  VII.         to send you the invitation to join our events and promotions and product launch events;

                VIII.         to monitor, review and improve our events and promotions, products and/or services; 

IX. to process any payments related to your commercial transactions with us. 

2.1  We may obtain client’s personal information data from the following sources including but not limited to:

                        I.  when you register for an account, update or change information for your account, purchase products or Services, complete a survey, sign-up for email updates, participate in our public forums, send us email messages, and/or participate in Content Offerings or other Services on our Site. We may use the Personal Data that you provide to respond to your questions, provide you the specific Content Offering and/or Services you select, send you updates about Content Offerings or other Eldapt Instructure's events, and send you email messages about Site maintenance or updates.

          II. forums from time to time (the "Forums") where you can share comments and thoughts. In order to participate in the Forums, you may be required to register with us and/or provide us with Personal Data such as your name and email address. Please keep in mind that information you post or make available in Forums will be publicly available. You should not include any personal information or other information of a personal or sensitive nature, whether relating to you or another person, in a Forum post.                     III.         we may receive Personal Data when you provide information in response to a survey operated by us or a Content Provider.

                    IV.         we will only process your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, the applicable regulations, guidelines, orders made under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any statutory amendments or re-enactments made of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 from time to time (collectively referred to as the “PDPA”) as well as this Policy.

3.1  We will use industry standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures to keep your Personal Data confidential and secure, and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Notice, or unless such disclosure is necessary in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others, as permitted by applicable law.

4.1  You have certain rights in relation to your Personal Data to have access and to correct your personal data in which you have provided to us and in this respect, you may: -

a)     check if we hold or use your personal data and request access to your personal data;

b)    request for correction of any of your personal data which is inaccurate, incomplete or not up to date;

c)     request for explanation on the policies and procedures in respect of your personal data;

d)    choose whether or not you wish to receive material from us or some of our partners

e)     request that we delete your personal data.

5.1  Upon subscribing to our services, you will be receiving marketing and or promotional emails from us which includes monthly course promotions and information of future events. If you do not wish to receive any promotional news click on the subscribe link at the bottom of the email and you will be excluded from our newsletters and contacts.

6.1  We strongly believe in protecting the privacy of children. Any use or access by anyone under the age of 13 is prohibited, and certain regions and Content Offerings may have additional requirements and/or restrictions. In line with this belief, we do not knowingly collect or maintain Personal Data on our Site from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our Site is directed to persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, then please get parents verification to provide the details or do not use or access this Site, forms at any time or in any manner. We will take appropriate steps to delete any Personal Data of persons less than 13 years of age that has been collected on our Site without verified parental consent upon learning of the existence of such Personal Data.
